PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Agency’s Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When you engage with us as an Agency and share your historical business and marketing data, we protect that data as well. Your information is confidential. If the Agency is unable to comply with confidentiality obligations, the Agency will notify you. You may take any one or more of the following actions: (i) suspend the transfer of Data to Agency; (ii) require Agency to cease processing Data; (iii) demand the secure return or destruction of Data; or (iv) immediately terminate the partnership.
The Agency collects, accesses, maintains, uses, processes and transfers Data solely for the purpose of performing Agency’s obligations under the agreed upon scope of work. The uses of Data include but are not limited to, audience targeting for marketing strategies, analysis, forecasting and projections. The Agency will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and international accords, treaties, or accords pertaining to Data, and shall refrain from engaging in any behavior which renders or is likely to render a breach of same. The Agency takes all appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to protect against unlawful and unauthorized processing of Data; and promptly notifies your Legal team if it receives any requests from an individual with respect to Data, and work with you to promptly and effectively handle such requests.
Agency and agency personnel shall maintain reasonable operating standards and security procedures consistent with industry standard and applicable legal requirements, and shall use their best efforts to secure Data and Confidential Information through the use of appropriate physical and logical security measures including, but not limited to, appropriate network security and encryption technologies.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our users use the Site. We use Facebook and Google Ads tracking to see how users interact with our marketing techniques.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you and your audience network with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest.
