The client approached us with the need to drive event registrations and ticket sales for their annual global conference. This leadership and technology conference draws VPs, CEOs, and other corporate leaders to San Francisco from around the world. Ticket costs are $3k for the three-day event.

We developed a strategy to reach corporate leaders at each stage of the decision-making process regarding conference attendance. It was a multi-channel approach that included paid search and social. We reached people who were looking for conferences and information related to leadership and technology in business. After users visited the conference website, we utilized the retargeting tactics to remind users to register for the event. As the conference drew nearer, we narrowed our target audience from global to regional to reach people within a geographic radius of San Francisco.

In the final days before the conference, we utilized Facebook to deliver specific messaging regarding the live stream of the conference for people who could not make the trip to the conference. Our holistic messaging sequences and multi-channel delivery saw success.
